Golden Age Aviation does not yet offer a full-time flight training school located at a local airport, but we do offer many services that are not presently available for flight services now conducting Sport Pilot training.

First, and foremost, you need to learn all you can about the Sport Pilot Rule and all it has to offer. This rule defines a new pilot certificate that can be completed in far less than the present national average of 80 flying hours now being flown to obtain the popular Private Pilot certificate. In fact, the Sport Pilot certificate may be obtained in 20 hours of dedicated training. A new type of aircraft has been defined which is more affordable and fun to fly. You are now able to perform your own aircraft inspections and even do your own maintenance. The Sport Pilot Rule removes the requirement to acquire an FAA medical certificate, reduces the bureaucracy of learning to fly, and allows you to capitalize on the fun of flying.
