Artwork to be submitted camera ready as hard copy, 300-dpi TIFF files, 300-dpi JPEG, PDF Encapsulated Post Script (EPS), Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe PageMaker 7.0 files. We can generate artwork at a nominal price-call for rates. Digital submission is preferred. Hard copy artwork is accepted and may be positive or negative and should use 85-line screens (100-line max); negatives should be right-reading emulsion side down.
Ad copy must be received by the 15th of the preceding month (for example, copy must be received by June 15 to be published in the July issue).
Classified Ads - Electronic submissions preferred - may be submitted be mail or phone.
- Classified ads consist of plain text with no formatting
- Classified ads are priced at $.45 per word per month. Minimum ad price $20.00
- A $10.00 charge is added for clip art from our files or supplied by the advertiser.
- A $10.00 charge is added for each photograph.
- Payment is required in advance, or by Visa or MasterCard.
- Ad copy must reach the OA office by mail or telephone by the 15th of the preceding month (for example, copy must be received by June 15 to be published in the July issue).
